Mattia Turchet. He began to develop his passion as a young man, in restaurants with a Michelin star in Italy, as chef de partie for years.
Always with the objective of expanding his knowledge of international cuisine, after this stage of his career, he moved to Washington D.C. It is then when he got the opportunity to work with world-renowned chefs, such as Albert and Ferrán Adriá. Mattia returned to Europe to complete his training, perfecting his cooking techniques.
