It occupies the old farmhouse that was part of the farm of olive groves and vineyards of the Carthusian monks from the monastery of Escaladei.

In Alma mater you will discover Priorat through its cuisine, a land of beautiful landscapes, with a great historical and cultural wealth, where time seems to have stopped.

Alma Mater follows the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) to safeguard the welfare of guests and team members during the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), therefore we have taken the following measures:

· Training to our staff of the new health and safety protocols and habits as well as wearing protective gear.

· Hand sanitizer at areas

· New procedure for cleaning and disinfection of facilities with greater emphasis on high touch areas.

· Possibility of using the restaurant under reservation with limited capacity. A la carte offer prepared with all the hygienic measures mentioned.
